Dell announces 15-inch XPS M1530 Notebook PC - pricing starts at $999

Dell officially announced the XPS M1530 laptop Tuesday morning. The XPS M1530 is just a 15.4-inch version of the highly popular 13-inch XPS M1330.
The M1530 is kind of a sophisticated design for the usually middle-of-the-road Dell, 1440 x 900 CCFL (not LED-backlit) display, thin profile (less than one-inch in the front), HDMI-out and optional slot-loading DVD drive and 64 GB SSD.
The 15.4-inch XPS M1530 looks slightly bigger(like a big bro) and better than the 13-inch XPS M1330. The pricing of 15.4-inch XPS M1530 starts from $999 to $1499 for the “best” configuration. ;) which is quite moderate compared to the price of 13-inch XPS M1330(which is priced at $1,299).
The weight of XPS M1530 is around 6 pounds and more if you opt for a 9 cell battery. :p
