iPhone
Bank of America is predicting the release of the widely anticipated 3G iPhone in May 2008.  There has been a lot of buzz around the 3G iPhone this year, and of course Apple is not going to give us any hints, but according to this article from Reuters, Bank of America’s “channel checks” told analyst Scott Craig that Apple is planning on 3 million 3G iPhones slated for May followed by 8 million  more in Q3 2008.

That is a pretty aggressive strategy for Apple, and if true, the iPhone will firmly clench a foothold in the smartphone market.

Not sure if they are going to offer any sort of upgrade path for current iPhone users, but that sure would be nice to offer something along those lines.
